General Shipping Info
- We ship all our packages with DHL or UPS. The two leading post services in UK, European countries and rest of the world, to assure you that your order is handled in the best possible way.
- Delivery delays can occur during holidays and increased workload.
- Normal delivery time for items in stock is 3-7 business days from when we receive your order. (Provided DHL/UPS keeps their promised delivery times).
- Special orders or order to make items take longer time and delivery time may vary according to the ordered product.
Unclaimed shipment / Incorrect address
Unclaimed shipment will be charged a fee according to your shipment charge incl. VAT to cover our shipping and handling costs.
A new shipping fee will be added if the shipment is re-sent.
In case of free shipping, new shipping costs are determined based on the weight/volume of the shipment.
Unclaimed shipment without tracking number (Bulky letters) will be charged only with new shipping costs.
